By accessing and using Urban Living Designs' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Urban Living Designs provides home renovation, interior design, and installation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, grant access to the property as needed, make timely payments, and communicate any concerns or changes promptly. Clients are responsible for securing personal belongings and preparing the work area.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion and satisfaction of the work. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, and credit card.

Warranty

We offer a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on all our work. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be specified in your contract. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. Refund policies will be outlined in your specific service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Urban Living Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of USA.
